Job Title: Systems Analyst
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 24 Months Contract
Experience Required: 84 months
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst for a challenging 24-month contract opportunity in Albany, NY. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing multiple entity project teams from development through to successful production implementation of all software and hardware tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple entity project teams throughout the entire lifecycle of application development and infrastructure projects.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques in a Business Analyst role to ensure project success.
- Develop and document complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure rollout projects in a government environment.
- Collaborate directly with cross-agency staff to implement projects effectively.
- Demonstrate effective team building, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Work and communicate efficiently with diverse groups to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 84 months of experience managing multiple entity project teams in the development through successful implementation of multi-year application development and infrastructure projects.
- 84 months of experience with multi-entity project teams utilizing industry-standard system lifecycle methodologies.
- 60 months of experience developing and documenting complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure rollout projects in a government environment.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and techniques in a Business Analyst role.
- 24 months of experience in effective team building, facilitation, and communication.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or technology discipline.
