Salary: $65-115,000/YR (dependent on experience, willing to train the right candidate as long as they have industry experience in waste management)

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM

Duration: Permanent position with full benefits, including stock options

What’s a typical day as an Environmental Program Manager? You’ll be:

• Managing the execution of a broad array of projects for clients or at client sites/facilities.

• Ensuring contractual requirements are met and work scopes are being fulfilled.

• Validating regulatory compliance.

• Reviewing field tasks and developing safety procedures.

• Assessing subcontractors' training and certifications.

• Escalating issues and reporting daily activity.

• Managing resources to accomplish identified priorities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have knowledge of complex regulations specific to the environmental waste industry.

• Possess management principles and best practices including analysis and evaluation.

• Are knowledgeable about industrial safety practices and industrial hygiene.

• Have experience with hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal operations.

• Have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Are detail-oriented and possess technical aptitude.

• Can work under pressure and exercise independent judgment.

• Have proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
