Are you a finance wizard with a passion for steering financial operations to new heights? WithMe is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our financial endeavors as the Director of Finance . In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of accounting operations, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Reporting to the Head of Finance, this remote position offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoying equity through stock options.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting Maestro: Oversee billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all taxing authorities, keeping the financial ship sailing smoothly.
• Financial Reporting Prodigy: Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports, analyzing financial data and trends with precision.
• Tech Guru: Implement and manage new financial reporting and FP&A software, leading us into a future of seamless financial management.
• Intercompany Maestro: Determine and manage inter-company transactions, supervise balance sheet account reconciliations, and oversee Treasury operations.
• Forecast & Budget Maestro: Take charge of the forecast and budget processes, showcasing your strategic financial planning skills.
• Analytical Dynamo: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
• Control Commander: Implement necessary accounting controls, ensuring financial integrity and compliance.
• Financial Advisor: Provide financial advice and counsel to the CEO, COO, Head of Finance, and other senior management.
• Team Maestro: Manage a team of accounting staff and outsourced resources, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

To Be Successful, You'll Need:

• Educational Prowess: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years managing staff.
• Financial Wisdom: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly in revenue recognition and consolidated financial statements.
• Tech Savvy: Experience with financial reporting and budgeting software, showcasing your technological prowess.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, making you the go-to person for financial insights.
• Communication Prodigy: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a culture of mutual success.
• Deadline Dynamo: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, ensuring timely financial deliverables.
