- Provide staff with technical support within sales basis
- Provide support for customer related service issues
- Assist sales staff with technical presentations and support
- Management of vendor relationships with product updates and high-end troubleshooting issues
- Maintain current and new knowledge that the company offers
- Help with training internal staff on new products
- Other duties as assigned or requested
Required:
- 1+ year designing AV Systems
- Experience with residential or commercial design
- Occasional travel for clients mostly within Wisconsin
