Responsibilities:
Dive into the heart of FDA safety initiatives by providing administrative support to various committees and work groups.
Take the lead in preparing engaging meeting agendas and actively participate in meetings, ensuring all important points are captured in well-crafted meeting minutes or summaries.
Utilize your organizational skills to send out clear communications and meeting invites through Microsoft Outlook.
Collaborate with FDA scientific and safety staff, maintaining awareness of OSHA training, Occupational Health, and agency policy requirements.
Showcase your data entry proficiency using MS Access and MS Excel database and spreadsheet programs.
Partner with program managers to plan, organize, and participate in meetings, managing schedules and calendars, and preparing and distributing meeting materials.
Demonstrate your knack for preparing and editing materials to enhance understanding of OLS/ESOH policies and issues.
Stay agile and responsive to program changes, reprioritizing tasks as directed by the Division's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Deliverables:
Provide professionally edited documents in MS Word format, ensuring Section 508 compliance.
Submit a Monthly Status Report (MSR) to the assigned COR, detailing completed and in-progress activities, deviations from planned progress, current month's planned activities, and risk mitigations.
