Position Overview

This service will manage and work with the Dealer Installed Options Installation Time Data Base. Project management skills are necessary to be successful in the primary role. The role will champion the process and maintain the database year after year. This service will manage, and handle Report a Problem (RaP) cases from Dealerships for installation and labor time issues.

Responsiblities:

• Manage updates to the Labor Install Time Database
• Manage year-over-year updates of the Labor Install Time Database
• Outline and map the current state and future state of the Accessory Labor Install Time process for efficiencies and improvement to the process
• Respond and handle Report a Problem (RaP) Cases using the RaP Web Application.
• Manage and coordinate necessary Bosch Corp. Labor Time Studies of Accessory Installs
• Interface with dealerships to support and lead resolution to RaP Cases and Labor Disputes
• Interface with internal (Customer Service) representatives on inquiries related to Install Time(s)

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration
• 3-5 years’ experience in automotive project management
• Familiarity with engineering, dealerships, and automotive parts and systems
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Experience with resolving complex issues and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Ford Systems

Techinical Skills:

• Database skills in Excel and Web Applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of problem-solving skills – Green Belt Six Sigma, 8-Discipline (8D) Skills
