Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with managers and identify any training needs for different grades and functions.
• Translate requirements into various training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
• Conduct Finance & Accounts related training for team.
• Build annual training program and prepare monthly plans/schedules.
• Drive orientation and process training for new hires.
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure the effectiveness.
• Monitor employee performance and response to training.
Essential Knowledge and Analytical Skills
• Should be able to customize training content/modules in line with Training gap analysis conducted.
• Fluent in business English language written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Should be a Good Team Player & very strong in analytical skills
• The candidate should be adept with MS Office tools to prepare training trend analysis.
Managerial and Soft Skills
• Strong drive towards achieving goals & action-oriented working.
• Must demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity, internal controls and data privacy.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently, using excellent business judgment, Experience in stakeholder management.
