Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and licensed Property Management Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process for residential and commercial properties, maintaining tenant relations, and ensuring the overall success of our rental properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available properties, scheduling property showings, processing rental applications, and preparing lease agreements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant and property information
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that tenants are complying with lease terms
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure that all rent and security deposits are collected and deposited in a timely manner
- Assist in the eviction process when necessary, working with legal counsel as needed
- Stay current on local and state laws and regulations related to property management and leasing activities, ensuring compliance at all times
- Sell 3-6 homes per month
Qualifications:
- A valid Texas Real Estate license required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management and leasing
- 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
