Job description

Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Emergency Department at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe.

• Level II Trauma Center
• Previous EM experience as licensed APP preferred or EM fellowship / strong background such as EMS or nursing/tech in the ER
• 60k annual volume
• APPs see level 4 and 5 patients and may help start work ups on level 3s
• W2 Employee status with medical, dental, vision insurance and 401k option
• 3-4 PPH
• 10 or 12 hour shifts
