Schedule: Sunday 7-11pm, Monday - Wednesday 3-11pm

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts, West Meadow, is located in on the main campus in Rutland, MA and serves ASD male youth, ages 8-12, With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis on West Meadow is to teach, coach and support our students to learn daily living skills, coping skills and social skills while staying active and having fun.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Rutland, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Two years’ experience working directly with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses required
• High School Diploma/GED required
• 2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM
• Evening Shift after Orientation, Sunday 7-11pm, Monday - Wednesday 3-11pm
