Methunion Manor Cooperative is seeking a Property Manager to oversee 149 units of Project Based Section 8 housing in the South End area of Boston, MA. The community also consists of 5 commercial spaces. Responsibilities include leasing, waitlist management, budgeting, annual recertifications, rent collections, compliance, processing invoices, resident relations, vendor management, oversight of maintenance programs, and staff supervision. The property is a Cooperative and responsibilities also include working with the Board of Directors. At least 5 years of property management experience is required. Experience with the Project Based Section 8 program is required. Experience managing a cooperative community and/or working with resident boards is preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. MS Office experience is required. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
