Job Description
- Technical support lead for Blue Yonder WMS applications across MedTech Supply Chain
- 5 years of working experience in an IT environment building/supporting applications (preferred).
- 3 years of Blue Yonder WMS functional/support experience (preferred)Lead a team of support analysts.
- Planning, supporting, and deploying Warehouse Management Systems
- Lead, align, and collaborate across organizational boundaries (e.g. project teams, functions, and partner organizations) without direct authority.
- Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
- Work with business partners to automate and ensure reliability of BY WMS services.
- Required to stay/relocate to onsite Mooresville, Indiana.
- Familiarity with ITSM, Incident management, Problem management processes required.
- Excellent troubleshooting, collaborating and communication skills required.
- Experience creating training and support documentation while identifying clear opportunities for improvement.
- People management skills required to manage onsite and remote team members.
