The Advanced Systems Research team within Bose Research is looking for someone with a strong background in machine learning, digital signal processing, and adaptive control to help us in developing novel solutions for noise cancellation in cars. This person will help develop and validate new algorithms to improve noise cancellation performance, customization, scalability and generalizability of deployed solutions. They will be responsible for researching the latest advancements in adaptive ML based control for audio applications. The primary working language will be Python or MATLAB with an ML backend of TensorFlow. This person will need to be comfortable working with large amounts of data collected in the laboratory and in the field. This work will have direct impact across multiple divisions focused on noise cancellation using novel ML techniques. The business impact of this work will be to keep Bose ahead of the competition for noise cancellation and reduce the various deployment bottle necks that we currently have in our ML solutions. We're looking for someone with a strong digital signal processing background, working knowledge of machine learning, and strong communication skills. Experience with adaptive systems is preferred.
