What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic leadership in talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, training, leadership programs, mentorship initiatives and talent acquisition.
• Develop a Total Rewards Strategy that attracts and retains top-tier talent
• Advise senior management on human capital strategies to drive business success
• Analyze, improve, and implement initiatives policies and programs for enhanced organizational efficiency
• Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency
• Manage and lead a small but impactful HR department

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or management
• 7+ years of HR experience , in professional services
• In-depth knowledge of the recruiting market, especially in campus recruiting
• The ability to engage and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, including executive leadership
• Proven proactive leadership skills, exceptional communication (both written and verbal), and adeptness in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
