What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic leadership in talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, training, leadership programs, mentorship initiatives and talent acquisition.
- Develop a Total Rewards Strategy that attracts and retains top-tier talent
- Advise senior management on human capital strategies to drive business success
- Analyze, improve, and implement initiatives policies and programs for enhanced organizational efficiency
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency
- Manage and lead a small but impactful HR department
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or management
- 7+ years of HR experience , in professional services
- In-depth knowledge of the recruiting market, especially in campus recruiting
- The ability to engage and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, including executive leadership
- Proven proactive leadership skills, exceptional communication (both written and verbal), and adeptness in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
