Job description

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
- Transfer and transport patients safely to various locations within the healthcare facility
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with feeding and mobility exercises
- Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure patients' needs are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patients' rooms
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a CNA preferred
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Location: Kennebunk, ME
Class/Area: Certified Nursing Assistant
Pay Rate: $680 - $760 weekly base on experience
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Length of Assignment: 12 weeks
Hours per Week: 38hrs
Shift and Time: 1 Shift, 7:00am-3:00pm
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 year of recent experience as a CNA
License Required: Active/Licensed CNA
Certificate Required: BLS
