THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Business Analyst 1, you will coordinate, support, and execute various business-related, analytical, and software development life cycle tasks. You will perform a range of analytical tasks associated with the adaptation of various driver licensing and credentialing system functions, vehicle titling, and registration applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT programming and business staff to implement system changes requested by the driver and vehicle services management team. You will also be responsible for coordinating testing activities which involve documenting requirements, developing test plans, coordinating resources to perform testing duties, and communicating with stakeholders regarding project status.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- This position performs off-hours support and reporting as necessary.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
