Essential Functions:
Responsible for the development of new strategies and implementation of existing strategies through their as well as adjacent organizations.
Responsible for team development and mentoring of all constituent teams ranging from sales and customer support, procurement, warehousing, engineering, production; including resource planning, new hire on-boarding and workload balancing.
Execute on employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion and retention activities Follow and enforce SEC company rules and regulations.
Minimum Education : Bachelors Degree; Masters Degree desirable.
Experience (5 years minimum) :
• Fully vested 401k match (up to 7% of total compensation).
