What you'll Do

The Product Manager is part of the Cellebrite SaaS solutions line of business. As a product manager, you will be responsible for owning a product and/or substantial components of a product and driving the definition and execution of the product from prototype to market launch. In this position, you will, develop strategies to meet user needs, serve as a product expert for the rest of the organization, work closely with sales & marketing, analyze market needs and trends, and monitor the progress of new products and features.

Your informed approach to continuous discovery helps not only ensure product decisions are made with user input but will also identify and validate market problems that align with our portfolio and offer significant growth opportunities.

The right person for this position will have a unique blend of both business and technical savvy, being able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical internal stakeholders.

• Orchestrate the direction and priorities of products and product enhancements
• Work closely with various stakeholders to define, develop and execute the product roadmap
• Be a market expert for customers’ pains and needs, the competitive landscape, and the surrounding market eco-system
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the product and its underlying technology
• Develop product messaging and sales tools together with the Marketing Department
• Work with other PMs on delivery roadmap and cross-portfolio alignment.
• Develop the strategic roadmap meeting measurable benchmarks of customer needs and address technological advancements required to meet those needs.
• Monitor the release process; identify and communicate risks to the release schedule with internal stakeholders.
• Define the right product usage & analytics tracking metrics and interpret & make product decisions rooted in sound metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have's

• Undergraduate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success and knowledge
• Ability to work effectively within a matrixed, global organization
• Data-driven decision maker
• Ability to lead through influence
• Ability to lead a team of talented UX/UI experts
• Ability to create a short, near-term, and long-term product plan
• Critical, analytical, logical thinker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate self-starter with a no-excuses, can-do attitude
• Agile development mindset

Nice to have's

• Working with Government agencies—local, state, or federal
• Experience in digital investigation tools in general and OSINT solutions in specific
• Agile Portfolio Management experience
• Familiar with SaaS architecture
• Lives in DC area
• Willing to travel (domestic) 15%

Candidates local to the DMV area are preferred as this is a hybrid role requiring to be in the Tyson's Corner VA office a few times a week.
