Job description

General Purpose and Functions.

Performs a variety of working level, operations duties as needed to operate the Event Center.

• Setup/Takedown for events.
• Frequent moving of tables and chairs. 10-60 lbs with assistance.
• Opening procedures for customers and staff.
• Customer training of audio/video equipment.
• Troubleshooting audio/video equipment.
• Attend to customer needs during event.
• On Site for events.
• Assist Catering operations with food service if needed.
• Closing procedures at conclusion of events.
• Showing of Event Center to potential customers.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Helping with setup, cleanup and preparation for the next event.

Works under the general guidance and direction the General Manager and Event Center Coordinator.

This is a part time position with very flexible days and hours. 10-25 hours a week. The main function to help ensure the success of an event. . No prior experience necessary. This job is great for someone looking for a great part time job that can work around your availability and schedule. We are looking for someone personable with critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Job requires the passing of a background and drug test upon job acceptance.
