Job Title: Project Manager - Wastewater Treatment
Location: Phoenix, AZ area
Salary: $125k-$140k dependent on experience

What You Will Be Doing
Builds relationships with internal team members (Project Managers, Project Engineers, Accounting team, Estimators) & develops an understanding of the roles/responsibilities of other departments within the project process
-Visits a current job site with the VP of Construction, speaking with project staff to get insight into how they do work to gain a deeper understanding
-Partners with the Project Superintendent and learns the different Subcontractors and Vendors
-Learns the different proposals for each Subcontractor and Vendor and becomes familiar with how purchase orders and subcontracts are issued
What You Need for this Position
4+ years Project Management experience managing construction of a multi-million-dollar water/wastewater or industrial related environment required
-Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels
-Proven leadership ability required
-Demonstrated ability to create and adhere to construction schedules and budgets for water/wastewater projects required
-Demonstrated ability to be highly analytical and detailed documentation skills required
