Job Description
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly as specified using required tools.
- Adhere to all required quality standards and perform required quality and testing checks.
- Pack goods and deliver to the warehouse.
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas and equipment.
- Report any defective materials or equipment to supervisors.
- Follow all prescribed safety regulations.
- Comply with all company policies, rules, guidelines, and behavior expectations.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Skills Required
- With at least 10 months tenure with previous employment. Nothing less
- Candidates MUST HAVE Manufacturing / Assembly experience (NOT Food Assembly).
- Able to use various manual and electro-pneumatic tools and test equipment
- Able to read and follow procedures, work instructions and assembly drawings
- Able to read and record data accurately and on a timely basis
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Detail oriented with a quality focus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers
Education/Training/Certifications
Additional Requirements
- Dress attire Jeans/T shirt and closed toe shoes is fine as well as Tennis Shoes & NO steel-toed shoes/boots are required for those positions
- Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, sit, bend, and reach for periods of up to 3 hours without interruption
- Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of materials up to 35 lbs.
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Working Environment:
- Work performed in a shop environment
- Work involves rotation through multiple different workstations as production needsrequire
- Shift: Dayshift, Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm
Pay Rate/Salary
- $14.00 - $16.00/hr depending on experience. Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skill set and/or location.
