About this role:

CyberArk is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Tech Alliances Community to build and manage a thriving community of Technology Alliance partners. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Tech Alliances community, defining platform requirements, creating engaging content, working with internal teams, and managing community-based integrations to help partners contribute to integrations that are published on the marketplace.

You will start by building a strong foundation for the marketplace integrations by collecting feedback from customers, partners, and the field to identify areas for content improvement. You will then provide  the marketplace team with the needs and requirements for the Tech Alliances community.

As a next step, you will focus on driving the community  and creating engaging content to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among Technology Alliance partners, customers and channel partners. You will also work with internal teams to ensure that the community platform and marketplace content align with the latest product strategy and marketing initiatives.

Finally, you will plan and enable community-driven integrations to grow the customer ecosystem and deliver a foundation that allows for partner-contributed integrations to thrive on the marketplace.

The salary range for this position is $115,000 – $160,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
