- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Casino Hosting
- Fluent in Chinese, Vietnamese, and/or Mandarin

About the Role
Forge, cultivate, and sustain connections with fresh high- and mid-tier casino clientele through personalized assistance concerning promotions, bookings, exclusive gatherings, and various customer service requirements. Expand outreach through telephone sales efforts targeting both coded and uncoded customers. Recognize and enlist eligible new and current players.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with all departments to ensure gaming service standards are upheld.
- Analyzes player ratings and history to determine eligibility for complimentary services.
- Cultivates personal connections with both new and existing players, offering support when necessary.
- Engages in face-to-face, telephone, and digital outreach to specific segments of the player database, aiming to boost visit frequency, encompassing coded and uncoded customers, and general customer service calls to foster connections and encourage visits.
- Designs and executes marketing initiatives and events tailored to attract the desired market.
- Identifies high- and mid-level players without loyalty cards currently active in the facility and enrolls them in the loyalty program.
- Capable of providing complimentary services within the parameters of the approved comp matrix.
- Attains predetermined revenue and reinvestment targets.
- Facilitates communication between guests and employees who speak Chinese, and/or other languages, and those who speak English.
- Offers guidance on cultural considerations to executive staff.
Candidate Requirements
- Age requirement: Must be 21 years or older.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Preferable experience: Prior experience in casino marketing and/or hosting is advantageous.
- Familiarity: Understanding of Casino Management Systems and customer database platforms is desirable.
- Communication proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Licensing: Ability to acquire and sustain all required licenses.
