Role and Responsibilities:
As a Consultant in General Adult Psychiatry in an inpatient role at Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to adult patients in an inpatient setting. This will involve conducting thorough psychiatric assessments developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Additionally you will participate in clinical governance activities and contribute to the ongoing development of psychiatric services.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a postgraduate qualification in psychiatry and hold relevant certifications from recognized medical boards. A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in adult psychiatry particularly in an inpatient setting is required. Candidates should also demonstrate a strong understanding of mental health legislation and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
