About This Opportunity

Enterprise Mobility is currently looking for candidates to join our summer Product Management internship program. Our internship program allows students the opportunity to obtain valuable, applicable work experience in a fast-paced, and challenging environment. Enterprise Holding’s full-time Internship program begins approximately May 28th, 2024 and runs 10-12 weeks.  Our Global Product team is looking to fill several openings for this upcoming year.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

You will be exposed to all aspects of the product management process from new idea validation and business case creation to product launch and ongoing performance monitoring.  Your experiences will include, but are not limited to:

• Analyzing customer behaviors and how they interact with our products
• Compiling quantitative research to identify opportunities to improve product performance
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research with customers
• Conducting competitive market research – understand where the gaps are, risks, and potential opportunities
• Establishing product vision and execution strategies
• Preparing launch kits for global new product launches
• Working with our Product Managers and Senior Product Managers to gain a holistic understanding of product management at a top multi-national brand
• Interacting with, and presenting to, senior executives

Qualifications

Minimum :

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have completed your Junior year of a Bachelor's Degree program:
  • Area of study should be Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or similar
• Must be enrolled full-time for the Fall 2024 semester in a College or University
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week during the internship period
