This position is located in Abilene in person.

Titan Factory Direct is looking for an aggressive, motivated, career minded salespeople to sell our award-winning floor plans that will be placed on new home site developments. You do not need to have sales experience but if you do, and find you are not being compensated for your long workdays, apply here! We value our team and reward our team members for their hard work. We were recently certified as a Great Place to Work voted by our entire staff! We work very hard and lots of hours because it is SALES but we make a very rewarding income for our families. Expect to work every Saturday helping families find their new home. Split days off!

Job responsibilities:

• Meeting sales and marketing goals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
• Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation
• Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays

Candidates must possess:

• Closer and Negotiator state of mind
• Strong communication skills
• Out of the box thinker- Creative
• A proven background in prospecting
• Amazing Follow up with prospects
• Ability to be a team player
• Marketing strategies and familiar with social media platforms
• A high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level
• Integrity
• Ability to prioritize & multi-task
