Contracts Manager
Town & Country Post Frame Buildings, a division of PermaBilt Industries, is a licensed post frame building contractor serving all of Western Washington. Since 1973, Town & Country has provided quality design, permitting, financing, and construction services. With three offices in Western Washington, Town and County has been providing customers with quality experience for over 45 years!
We are seeking a self-motivated and organized Contracts Manager to join our fast-paced operations team. At PermaBilt, the Contracts Manager controls the flow of projects through the construction cycle, to minimize debt collections.
Duties Include:
- Manage the flow of projects through the company from intake to completion.
- Perform customer billings.
- Create change orders for customers and send for signature.
- Maintain aged receivables
- Help obtain financing for customers (3rd party and in-housing financing).
- Handle all customer issues pertaining to the contract, including but not limited to billing issues, cancellation requests, cancellations, and collections
- Communicate with outside counsel, Better Business Bureau, and 3rd party collection agencies in an effort to resolve contract disputes not able to be resolved in-house
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associates degree
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office and Acrobat
- Must be able to review his/her own work for accuracy.
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently.
Preferred:
- Bachelors Degree in business
- Knowledge of SAGE 300 CRE

$62,500 - $90,000 DOE
