Job description
Description: • Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including janitorial tasks, maintenance, and repairs. • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. • Oversee ongoing building projects, including renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades. • Demonstrate proficiency in fire compliance and hazardous waste management. • Complete annual emission reporting and handle worker’s compensation claims. • Comfortably manage construction projects within a manufacturing environment, coordinating with contractors and vendors. • Experience and understanding of troubleshooting and repairing pumps and air compressors Skills: manufacturing machine shop, Facilities maintenance, Troubleshooting, osha safety, ehs management, workers compensation claims, maintenance repair Additional Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards. • Familiarity with fire compliance, hazardous waste management, and emission reporting. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
