Pay Rate: $$43-48/hour depending on experience

Addison Group has a client, who is located in the West Metro is looking for someone that has had a strong background in payroll, compliance and working with UKG/Ulti-Pro. This role will be responsible for managing the technical payroll, guide thoughts on compliance and is very adept at leveraging technologies as well as reporting. My client has a total number of employees of 2,000 currently and has multiple state locations. This role will pay $43-48/hour

Responsibilities:

• In charge of managing the work of the payroll team to ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and timely manner
• Knowledgeable in all Payroll regulations and procedures to help to improve efficiency of payroll processes
• Managing all payroll staff duties and audits the work of others
• Be a subject matter expert in UKG/Ulti-Pro
• Manage and initiate software system reviews and implementations when needed
• Consistently train company locations on payroll best practices
• Stay up to-date on the latest developments in payroll-related areas including technology, Federal, State and Local government regulations
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Trains, develops and assesses staff to ensure continuous growth through orientations, direction and feedback

Experience:

5-8 years payroll experience

2 years working with UKG, Ulti-Pro, Kronos

CPP, Preferred and not required

Managed a staff of 4-8 employees
