Senior Scientist

Salary:
$150k
Overview :
This client is an innovate biotech company leading the way in cell line development. In this role you’ll be working with colleagues to identify, research, and analyze groundbreaking discoveries to help change the world’s scientific future.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, standard working hours
Responsibilities:
Cell line development & engineering.
Vector design and construction.
Molecular Biology techniques such as Flow Cytometry, PCR, Transfection, mammalian cell culture, cloning and screening, and more.
Developing and performing protein assays for screening and analysis of transfected cells for product characterization and quality.
Performing lab work and supervising mid-level scientists.
Qualifications:
PhD in science-related field
Experience with mammalian cell line engineering
Experience with designing and constructing vectors, transfecting mammalian cells, and evaluating cell genetics.
