Role Overview:
As our Principal EBS Tech Leader, you'll be at the helm of Oracle eBusiness Suite custom development projects across various industries. Your role will involve leading and managing our talented team, collaborating closely with clients and colleagues to design efficient solutions, and serving as a technical advisor on project development and Oracle technologies.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage Oracle eBusiness Suite custom development efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Coordinate with offshore development teams to streamline custom object delivery and estimation.
Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and track delivery metrics to ensure project success.
Estimate development effort based on project requirements, including extensions, reports, conversions, interfaces, and workflows.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement Oracle-based application solutions.
Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing guidance on project development considerations and Oracle EBS technologies.
Gather business requirements and system requirements, working closely with functional project team members.
Research and identify the best technical solutions to support efficient business processes.
Adhere to development standards, processes, and methodologies, including Oracle OUM and AIM.
Requirements:

10+ years of Oracle EBS technical experience.
Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain Modules 12.2.x.
Experience managing technical development teams and estimating effort.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
Knowledge of personalizations, including Forms and OA Framework.
Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher, OAF, Workflow, Forms, and Reports development.
Experience with XML Publisher, Shell scripting, and Oracle Development Tools.
Understanding of application and SQL tuning concepts.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS Applications 12.2.x and Oracle 19c database.
Experience with Oracle EBS Open Interfaces, APIs, and Web Services.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications.
Familiarity with Enterprise Command Center framework.
Knowledge of Oracle APEX.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 127,000.00 Per Year
