The Sales Branch Manager at our Eden Prairie, MN location will spearhead  Master Electronics ’ sales strategy and will focus on leading and developing the sales team to maximize sales volume as well as profitability for the company. With a focus on the Midwest US region, the Sales Branch Manager will perform and supervise all areas of operation in our Eden Prairie office.

What you will do?:

• Lead a dynamic team of Inside and Outside Sales Reps to smash sales goals and drive growth
• Foster a supportive and innovative environment where everyone's ideas are valued
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to bring cutting-edge products to our customers
• Be on the forefront of building and nurturing relationships that drive increased market impact 
• Be the eyes and ears of our company in the vibrant Midwest market, sharing insights that shape our strategy
• Take charge of the branch's financial success, making smart decisions that keep us thriving
• Empower your team through targeted training and support, ensuring everyone has the tools to shine
• Be a leader in creating a positive workplace culture, where every team member feels valued and respected

What you bring to the table!:

• A track record (three years) of success in leading sales teams, with a passion for driving results
• Experience in the electronic/electrical components industry is a plus, but not required
• Tech-savvy with a knack for solving problems and making data-driven decisions
• A natural leader who knows how to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent communication skills, whether you're giving a killer presentation or chatting with clients
• A commitment to personal and professional growth, always looking for ways to level up your skills
• A collaborative spirit and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A genuine desire to make a difference and be part of something bigger than yourself

Salary range: $65,000 to $100,000 plus commission plan
