**Primary Care Opening in Connecticut**
-Located in Ellington, CT.
-Outpatient Hospital Employed - Top Rate Hospital.

You will enjoy working in a thriving outpatient (hospital-employed) practice located in the picturesque town of Ellington or Manchester, Connecticut area. You will be supported by two collegial internal and family medicine physicians, including the fellow-care medical assistants team. A Monday - Friday daytime work schedule supports work-life balance along with minimal (extremely light) shared rotation phone call coverage.

**Requirements:**
-Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician or soon eligible
