Job description

Lake Bennet Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is now hiring a per diem Physical Therapist ( PT )who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. The purpose of this position is to treat residents who have been referred to physical therapy by the resident's physician on written order. Identifying residents by diagnosis or observation or staff referral who may benefit from therapy and requests orders for evaluation and treatment. PHYSICAL THERAPIST ( PT) QUALIFICATIONS:

• Physical Therapist ( PT ) state licensure in the state of Florida (REQUIRED)
• Interpersonal Skills Necessary to Communicate Accurately and Precisely to Patients and Family Members
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred
