Chargeback Coordinator I Location Buena Park, CA :

The Chargeback Coordinator I responsibilities will include dispute, research, and validate chargebacks, process claims reconcile chargeback deductions, process refund checks and special projects as assigned.
Purpose of Role
Customer Financial Services minimizes credit risk and maximize cash flow.
Key Accountabilities Include
- Drive chargeback reduction
- Support dispute resolution
- Contribute to positive dealer and sales relationships
- Support achievement of department goals and KPIs
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Dispute, research, and validate chargebacks
- Process claims and reconcile chargeback deductions
- Process refund checks
- Investigations; including gathering information from vendor portals
- Produce reports

Qualifications Ideal
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated success with organizing and managing multiple tasks
Preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with account reconciliation

Compensation
- Up to $25.00 per hour
- The posted compensation is the base pay. This is the hiring range and does not include bonus potential or the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
- Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
