Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Business Partner is accountable for coordinating the deployment of all HR activities, providing seamless support and ensuring consistent, quality application of all HR activities for all functions of their group (largely non-exempt) supported as well as randomly supporting other HRBPs on generalist / administrative or project tasks.  The HRBP collaborates with the HR Team to design and implement interventions and strategies that maximize the effectiveness of their groups associates, make the best decisions possible, delivering services to local client groups and ensuring efforts remain aligned to the functions and HRs top priorities.
