Job description

This role involves producing precision machined parts to customer specifications while maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. This is a second shift opportunity with the potential for overtime, offering competitive pay based on your experience with screw machines and/or centerless grinding machining equipment.
Responsibilities
- Setting up, operating, and tending to grinding, broaching, and staking machines in cell formation.
- Observing operation of equipment to ensure continuity of flow, efficient operation, and to detect malfunctions.
- Examining materials to ensure conformance to established standards.
- Adjusting machinery and equipment that grinds or cuts materials.
- Cleaning, adjusting, and maintaining equipment using hand tools.
- Measuring parts at specified intervals to ensure conformance to requirements.
- Packing parts according to customer specifications.
- Performing required housekeeping duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One to three months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation
We offer competitive pay and a starting wage dependent on your experience with screw machines and/or centerless grinding machining equipment. Additionally, a $0.90/hour shift premium is provided for the 2nd shift.
