Job description
Responsibilities arrow_right
- Provide day-to-day support HRIS support
- Act as the liaison between ADP, Flexspring and the NA Business Groups (BG) and provide system-related guidance and recommendations
- Provides technical support to BG SME’s as well as new acquisitions, mergers and/or disposition activities
- Ensures security configuration/change requests are aligned pursuant to HRIS shared services governance model and acts as the escalation point with the ADP service team
- Is the compliance lead related to system upgrades and process improvements
- Creates clear, concise user documentation, and implement training plans for HR and Payroll SME’s
- Maintain inbound/outbound interfaces
- Responsible for configuration changes related to time management (i.e. pay rules, accruals, attendance, etc.)
- Responsible for system administration duties (i.e. assign access rights; create access profiles)
- Create and/or modify reports, extracts, imports as needed
Qualifications arrow_right
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Business or relevant field
- 5+ years HRIS Systems experience with at least 2 years in a lead role
- Experience with HR/Payroll/Benefits functions, concepts and configuration (e.g., payroll processing, benefit enrollments, timekeeping, accruals, attendance, etc.)
- Experience with ADP Vantage HCM system or similar system in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and stakeholders
