About The Job:
The Retail Pharmacist will be responsible for customer experience, operations, people and performance management, and training/self-development activities for retail pharmacy customers and staff and providers. Is responsible for ensuring the proper compounding, dispensation, review, and verification of prescribed medications within regulatory guidelines and organizational policies and procedures. The pharmacist will have direct communication with Tracy Hart, MBA, and support the efficient workflow of the pharmacy.
The Shift: Possible hours of coverage
The possible shifts are M-F 8:30-5:30 (or until St. Ansgar Clinic closes) and/or Saturday 8-12.
The Pay: Based on experience.

Mitchell County Regional Health Center is in Osage, Iowa located in Mitchell County, which has a population of 10,600 people. MCRHC is a 25-bed critical access hospital, including a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Room seeing 3,200 visits annually. The Surgical Services department performs over 1,300 procedures annually, including specialties General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain management, and Podiatry.
