Office Administrator Responsibilities:* Greet and receive visitors and customers and guide to appropriate departments
- Answer dealership central telephone line
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Check in service customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work cooperatively with service, sales, and other internal teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Process payment transactions
- Other duties as assigned
Office Administrator Qualifications:* Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Basic Computer (PC) Knowledge
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Automotive Dealership experience is a plus
