Job description
We are seeking an Enterprise Solution Architects in order to support its government customer in Reston, VA. The program’s mission provides full-stack development of DoD Intelligence Applications. The program has over 30 applications currently in development across over ~10 Agile Teams. As a Sr. Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will provide technical management and oversight of a variety of these software projects, from design to delivery. You will be responsible to align your solutions to our customers’ strategic initiatives and ensure the successful technical implementation of all developed requirements for your portfolio through the use of clear, simple and technically superior design decisions driven by data. You will be required to outline strategic goals of the technical implementations, identify implementation synergies between projects across the portfolio, and facilitate the management of these synergistic implementations by advocating a GitOps-oriented methodology leveraged throughout the development toolchain. The work will be both classified and unclassified allowing for some work from home flexibility in a hybrid work environment.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last-minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of experience
- Serve as the leading software architect for a cutting-edge software program supporting multiple projects.
- Perform software development using an Agile methodologyAttendi customer-facing Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM)
- Technical fluency with AWS; prefer experience on UC2S/SC2S/C2S
- Understands Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment of pipeline.
- Experience in a full-stack environment.
- Front-end HTML5/CSS3, JS/TS/Angular or React
- Back-end Java.
- Database: AWS RDS (including PostgreSQL), /MongoDB/GraphQL
- Limited support of legacy systems, and migration of legacy systems data
- Develop new applications, extend existing web services
- Support a variety of product domains with large data sets, workflow management, and some business services
- Support a global audience for the DoD/IC community

- Masters Degree
- Certifications. Certified Scrum Master, CAPM, PMP, AWS CCP, ITSQ
