Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to visitors.
- Answering phones calls.
- Faxing.
- Managing filing system.
- Responsible for sending emails daily.
- Entering information into Excel.
Office Assistant
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of court procedures and laws is preferred.
- Knowledge of court records management is a plus.

- Ability to pass a background check with no FELONY or Class A/B MISDEMEANOR(s).
- Ability to pass a drug test.
