Responsibilities:

• Work closely within a team environment.
• Process new business and account change requests including endorsements, add-ons, etc.
• Process client renewals. At times re-underwrite or re-write policies based on client needs. Round accounts.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of carrier products, rating systems, agency and insurance carrier partner procedures.
• Take ownership of client relationships, tasks and strive for excellence with regards to client retention, service and working with team members.
• Develop relationships with insurance carrier partners, especially underwriters.

Skills:

• Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of urgency and desire to anticipate and solve client needs
• Competitive and self-motivated
• Property & Casualty insurance license
• Two years personal insurance customer service experience
• Proficient with Zoom and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Applied Epic is a plus
