Shift Supervisor - Chick-fil-A

Responsibilities:

• Assist in training
• Lead a team of 5-6 people at a time
• Cash Management

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Prior experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or team lead is preferred but not required
• Able to work 45-50 hours a week for full time
• Able to work 25-32 hours a week for part time
