Job description

Title: Office Manager

Location: onsite Sunnyvale, CA

Pay Rate: $40-55/hr

Duration: 3-month contract to hire, can covert to a full-time with solid performance

Proficiency in Mandarin is an asset as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China

 

Responsibility:

• Office management & maintenance (front desk, office supplier management)
• Customer reception (support business development teams with customer meeting preparation)
• Teambuilding & weekly town hall (organize team events, facilitate local on-site town hall every Friday for a team of 10 colleagues)
• Scheduling appointments (incl. US time zone recruiting coordination support)
• Payroll support (Gusto system-based)
