Manager of Finance Integration, You will plan, analyze, report, and communicate as related to the Financial Integration of Acquired Organizations. Apply advanced analysis, insight, influence and challenge, through a “financial set of glasses”; to enhance the quality of business decision-making and drive improved performance.
Schedule: Monday through Friday Pay: $70,000 - $80,000/year. Based on Experience What will you be doing?- Prepare and distribute Acquisition Plans and progress leadership to identify improvements and subsequent implementation.
- Proactively identify synergies and cost savings opportunities
- Collaborate with Product & technology, operations, and sales to integrate acquired organizations financial transactions according to the proper accounting methodology.
- Develop tools to deliver various company analysis.
- Develop and manage process maps.
- Coordinate people and training to communicate and deliver business measures.
- Analyze fiscal and operational data to assist with financial, capital and workforce planning.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of entry for accounting transactions, source documents and records.
- Prepare financial reports and ad-hoc reports for operational decision making.
- Ensure adherence to financial and operational controls.
- Personal responsibility to manage change.
What are we looking for?- Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
- 5 years of experience in Accounting/Financial leadership role.
- Experience with Business Acquisition
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to interpret user needs and translate into system requirements.
- Ability to understand system data and to identify discrepancies.
- Skilled in problem solving.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze spreadsheets and reports.
