Job description
```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of provider's time
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, providing excellent customer service
-Review treatment recommendations with patients and collect payments for services.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up appointments as necessary
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area for a professional and welcoming environment
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in a dental office a plus
- Familiarity with Dental terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using dental software applications (ie Eaglesoft)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
