Job description

Job Title: Director of Business Development

The Director of Business Development is accountable for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources and acts as a reliable resource for parents, teens, and referral sources.

Location: Granada Hills, CA (Hybrid)

Schedule: Full time role to equate to 40 hours per week, occasionally more

  1. Identify and build relationships with referral sources.

  2. Connect in-person or virtually with healthcare referral sources.

  3. Connect in person or virtually with referral sources in the community, for example, schools, places of worship, community centers, etc.

  4. Prepare presentations and create marketing strategies to maintain referral source relationships and create program awareness. 

  5. Direct families referred to our program to the appropriate department, i.e. admissions, clinical, administrative etc. in a timely manner.

  6. Maintain/create relationships with potential/previous clients and their families through creative marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. Experience working with adolescent healthcare business development 

  2. BA in Psychology, Marketing, Education, Business, Healthcare or closely related fields preferred. 

  3. Comfortable speaking in public.

  4. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer experience.

  5. Car and driver's license.

  6. 2+ years experience with in person marketing or outreach or sales.

  7. Warm, caring, personable, helpful.

  8. Self starter, organized, driven, responsible.

Compensation: $90,000-$130,000, plus benefits including medical, dental, 401k, and PTO.
