Why you should apply to be an HR Records Associate
Long term – 1 year with potential for extension based on business needs
Great pay rate –26/hr.
Full Time – 40 hours per week
Location – Somerset, NJ on site role
What’s a typical day as an HR Records Associate? You’ll be:
Maintains, archives, and produces HR records as needed.
Assists with auditing, scanning and filing employee records and integrating employee files from other internal and external sources.
Assists with indexing and archiving records for offsite storage; following appropriate record retention policies and guidelines
Assists with managing and reviewing employees documents
This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:
A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor Degree preferred
1 plus years of related experience highly preferred
Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.
Excellent presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communications are a must.
