Job description
Position: Sales Coordinator.
Work Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities: - Team Collaboration: Attend daily production meetings to discuss current orders and communicate with the team on quoted orders.
- Customer Quotations: Source pricing and prepare quotes for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Vendor Coordination: Sourcing equipment from vendors to meet customer deadlines.
- Assisting Repair Coordinator: Collaborate with Repair Coordinator to quote new equipment.
- Production Shop Support: Ability to work in a production shop atmosphere when needed.
- Shipping & Receiving Backup: Provide support for shipping & receiving as required (everyone on the team contributes to this task).
- Overtime Availability: Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet business requirements.
Requirements: - Teamwork & Attitude: Must have a great attitude and ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office/Excel, with experience in accounting software (Sage CRM is a plus).
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various roles, including working in a production shop atmosphere and supporting shipping & receiving.
